1: Will I be charged duties and taxes?

DUTIES AND TAXES

1. United States and Canada
Duties are included. Taxes are applied at check-out according to the state/province of the shipping address.

2. Australia, United Kingdom and Germany
Import taxes and duties are included in the price of the products and there are no additional charges upon delivery.

3. Other international shipments
There may be duties and taxes incurred on your shipment that you will be responsible for. Please note that BlingFlingdoes not have any control over these fees and we cannot advise as to what the costs will be, as they vary by country. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Keep in mind that we’re not able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery.

 

FOREIGN TRANSACTION FEES

BlingFlingdoes not charge any additional fees other than the total amount owed for the order. Other fees would have been applied by your bank and are not under the control of BlingFling. As we're based out of Canada, banks in other countries may consider us a "foreign company" and charge additional international fees on their own. We are not able to provide a refund for any foreign transaction fees.

Should you decide to deny the shipment due to duties and other fees, the package will be returned back to us and you will be refunded for the order after deducting the return shipping fee.

 

2:  Where do you ship to?

We ship to the following countries! Kindly note that we do not ship to PO boxes, parcel lockers, APO or FPO addresses at this time.

3: Is signature required upon delivery?

Due to the safety of the team, couriers have suspended the signature requirement and may leave the parcel at the final destination should it be deemed to be a safe area. You can arrange to have the parcel directed to a pickup location by following the below steps.

UPS Priority Shipping:

Ships with delivery confirmation and usually takes 4-5 business days for delivery. Priority delivery is guaranteed by UPS.

FedEx

Once your package has been picked up from our facility and scanned into their system; you will receive an email from FedEx. You can click through this email to have it picked up from the nearest FedEx location or arrange a vacation hold!

DHL

DHL offers various delivery options - once your package has been picked up and scanned into their system, you can visit https://delivery.dhl.com/ or call 1-800-225-5345 to coordinate a new delivery date or pickup location!

USPS First Class Shipping:

Once your package has been picked up from USPSfacility and scanned into their system; you will receive an update on their Website.

 

4: What material are the pieces made in?

Our collection is made in 925 Sterling Silver and plated with 14k gold. Stones used are CZ diamond stimulant. Each BlingFling piece comes with an Authenticity & Lifetime Guarantee card. Upon request, we manufacture in solid gold, platinum, precious and semi-precious stones as well.

 

5: Will the plating or any stone fade?

At BlingFling, we consider every piece as a lifelong emotional investment. With minimal effort,your pieces can be cleaned, well‐cared for and safely stored to last you a lifetime. Cleaning your BlingFlingjewelry is easy and can be done from the comfort of your home. Care should be taken to prevent plating from getting tarnished. Try to avoid contact with face creams, lotions and other household chemicals. Use a lint-free cloth to wipe them clean from time to time.

 

6: What is the estimated delivery date of my order?

Once you place your order, we start working on it right away! The type of product(s) you ordered will determine how long it takes to ship. It usually takes about a week to 10 days for an order to get shipped and delivered to you. Since we also offer various color and sizing options, a personalized/customized order typically takes 10-12 business days.

 

7: Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we do ship worldwide. We offer free shipping pan India. For orders outside of India, there will be some shipping charges. Please get in touch with our team on blingflingindia@gmail.comto know about the exact shipping charges for your country.

 

8: Can you do something for a speedy delivery?

Most of our orders are air-shipped – so you don’t have to worry about timely delivery. But if you still require expedited shipping for some reason, let us know and we will try our best to dispatch the order asearly as possible.

What does in-stock, shipping later and made-to-order mean?

The shipping and processing times depend on the items you're ordering. The status of each product (in stock, shipping later or made-to-order) is indicated on each individual product page, as well as the estimated shipping date.

 

✔ In Stock

It's in our facilities and ready for a new home! Shipping timelines are usually within 7 business days from the date ordered, but be sure to note the estimated "ships on" on each individual product page - this is the date it will leave our facility. You'll see it above the "Add to Bag" button. Kindly note that in-stock engraved and monogrammed items usually ship within 10 business days from the purchase date.

 

✔ Shipping Later

We don’t have it on hand yet but it’s coming soon! Not to worry, you can still purchase it and your order will be added in the queue to be fulfilled and shipped as soon as they are available! The estimated ship date is indicated on the product page and at check-out for your reference. You'll see it above the "Add to Bag" button. Kindly note that you will be charged at the time the order is placed.

 

✔ Made to order (including engravings and monograms)

Once your order has been placed, we need to craft the piece since it’s being made specially for you, and can take a bit more time to be processed. Be sure to note the estimated shipping date on the product page so you can plan accordingly. These pieces include our Milestone collection (engagement rings and wedding bands), engravables and monogrammed pieces.
